An efficient laundry process requires close coordination between machines and internal transport. Senso Technics develops Controls for Monorail Systems, Belt Conveyors, Hoists, Shuttles and other Transport Systems used throughout industrial laundries.

The Control ensures that linen is automatically transported to the right destination at the right time. Transport movements are coordinated with the available capacity and the current status of connected machines and systems.

Operation and visualisation are integrated into SensoSuite. From the central Workstation, operators have a clear overview of the laundry flow, batch information and the current status of the different Transport Systems.

The Control coordinates the movement of linen between the different stages of the laundry process. Based on batch information, destination and machine status, the system determines when and where the linen needs to be transported next.

Monorail Systems, Belt Conveyors, Hoists and Shuttles are controlled as one integrated system. This ensures that the different transport movements are properly coordinated and keeps the laundry flow efficient and organised.

Through SensoSuite, operators have a clear overview of the current batch positions and the status of the different Transport Systems.

Storage & Capacity

Maintaining an efficient laundry flow, even during peak periods

Smart storage helps prevent unnecessary interruptions in the laundry process. The Control takes available storage positions, destinations and the status of machines and Transport Systems into account when coordinating the laundry flow.

SensoSuite clearly visualises storage positions and transport movements. This gives operators real-time insight into the laundry flow and helps ensure that the available capacity is used efficiently.

The Transport System Control is integrated with the surrounding machines and processes. Senso Technics provides communication with systems including Sorting Systems, Tunnel Washers, Presses and Dryers.

Through SensoSuite, Control, batch information and visualisation come together in one central environment, allowing operators to monitor and manage the complete laundry flow.
