Senso Technics develops and modernises Controls for both new and existing laundry equipment. We combine PLC technology, machine software, communication and SensoSuite to create solutions tailored to the machine and the complete laundry process.

Because we are not tied to one machine manufacturer, we can integrate equipment from different brands and generations into one automated environment. This makes our Controls suitable for new installations, retrofits and extensions of existing systems.

Every machine has its own control requirements, but its operation is increasingly connected to the machines and processes around it. That is why we look beyond the individual control system.

Senso Technics develops Controls for Tunnel Washers, Presses, Dryers and Transport Systems. Depending on the application, this can range from replacing an outdated PLC and control system to a complete retrofit with new hardware, software, communication and integration.

By connecting the different Controls with SensoSuite, machine operation, process information and communication come together in one integrated environment.

Tunnel Washer Controls

Modern control technology for new and existing Tunnel Washers

The control system of a Tunnel Washer manages the complete washing process, including water levels, temperatures, process times and the transfer of batches through the different chambers.

Senso Technics develops new Controls and modernises existing Tunnel Washer control systems. Depending on the installation, existing mechanical and electrical components can remain in use while outdated control hardware and software are replaced.

The Tunnel Washer Control can also communicate with surrounding equipment and external systems, such as Presses, Shuttles, Monorail Systems and chemical dosing systems. Integrated with SensoSuite, operators have a clear overview of the washing process, programs, batch information and machine status.

Press Controls

Precise control of the pressing process

A Press Control manages the pressing process after the Tunnel Washer, including pressing times and the different pressure stages required for each program.

Senso Technics develops new Press Controls and modernises existing control systems. Depending on the Press and application, pressure levels and pressing times can be configured to match the different types of linen being processed.

The Press can operate as a stand-alone system with a Touch Panel or be integrated with SensoSuite and surrounding equipment. Communication with the Tunnel Washer and downstream Transport System ensures that batch information and process signals are correctly exchanged throughout the laundry flow.

Dryer Controls

Smart control of the drying process

A Dryer Control manages the complete drying process, including drying times, temperatures, cooling and the different settings required for each program.

Senso Technics develops Controls for individual Dryers as well as installations with multiple Dryers. Existing Dryer Controls can also be modernised while retaining mechanical and electrical components that are still suitable for use.

For installations with multiple Dryers, the control solution can be shared across the Dryer group. This creates a scalable and cost-effective solution, while providing one central environment for operation and process information.

Integrated with SensoSuite, operators can manage Dryer programs, monitor the drying process and view machine and batch information. Communication with the surrounding Transport System ensures that the correct batch is delivered to the right Dryer and continues to the next process step after drying.

Transport System Controls

Coordinated control of every transport movement

Transport System Controls coordinate the movement of linen between machines and different stages of the laundry process. Belt Conveyors, Hoists, Shuttles and Monorail Systems can all be integrated within one control environment.

Based on batch information, machine status and destination, the control system determines where linen needs to go and when each transport movement can take place.

Integrated with SensoSuite, operators have a clear overview of transport movements, storage positions, batch information and connected equipment. Communication between the different systems ensures a controlled and continuous laundry flow.
