Belt Conveyors

Reliable transport between machines and process steps

Belt Conveyors provide a simple and reliable way to transport linen between different machines and stages of the laundry process. They can be used for feeding, transferring or unloading linen, depending on the application.

Each Belt Conveyor is designed around its specific function, required capacity and the available space. Multiple conveyors can be combined to distribute linen between different destinations or connect several process steps.

Integrated Controls ensure that the Belt Conveyors operate together with the connected machines, creating a continuous and controlled laundry flow.

Shuttle

Automated batch transport and distribution

A Shuttle provides automated transport and distribution between different stages of the laundry process. Each batch is received by the Shuttle and transported to the correct destination based on the selected program and process requirements.

Depending on the installation, the Shuttle can connect different types of processing equipment and deliver batches to destinations such as Dryers, a bypass position or an additional Belt Conveyor. Lifting functionality can be integrated where different loading and unloading heights need to be accommodated.

Integrated Controls and batch tracking ensure that each batch is delivered to the correct destination at the right time, creating an efficient and continuous laundry flow.

Hoists

Vertical transport within the laundry process

Hoists are used to move linen between different heights within the laundry process. They can be integrated wherever linen needs to be lifted or lowered between machines, Belt Conveyors or other transport systems.

Depending on the application, a Hoist can be loaded manually or automatically and integrated with the surrounding transport equipment.

Integrated Controls coordinate the movement of the Hoist with the connected systems, ensuring safe and efficient transfer to the next stage of the laundry process.

Control & SensoSuite

Coordinated transport throughout the laundry process

The control system coordinates the different transport movements and ensures that linen is transferred to the correct destination at the right time. Belt Conveyors, Hoists and Shuttles work together with the connected machines as one integrated process.

SensoSuite provides operators with a clear overview of the transport flow, including batch information, destinations and the status of connected systems.

By combining transport, machine communication and batch tracking, SensoSuite helps create a controlled and continuous laundry flow from one process step to the next.

Retrofit & Expansion

Making better use of existing Transport Systems

Existing Transport Systems do not always need to be completely replaced. Senso Technics assesses which parts can remain in use and where modifications or upgrades can improve the laundry flow.

This can include replacing outdated Controls, modifying Belt Conveyors, Hoists or Shuttles, adding new transport positions or adapting the system to changes in the surrounding machines and process.
