SensoSuite gives operators the information they need during the sorting process. Customer, article, weight and destination are clearly displayed, helping operators create the right batches quickly and accurately.

Sorting information is directly connected to the next steps in the laundry process. Once a batch is complete, the relevant information travels with it as the linen moves towards buffering, washing and further processing.

SensoSort

Visual support for fast and accurate sorting

SensoSort supports operators during the sorting process with clear information and visual signals. Minimum, optimal and maximum weights can be set for each article, making it immediately visible when a batch has reached the required weight.

Colours can be used to distinguish between customers and articles, while a clear visual indication shows when the target weight has been reached. This helps operators sort faster and more accurately while preventing overloading.

The screen layout is adapted to the sorting process and can support multiple sorting positions and displays, giving every operator the right information at a glance.

From Sorting to Internal Transport

A smooth flow towards the washing process

Once sorting is complete, the linen is automatically transported to the correct buffer line or directly to the Tunnel Washer. This creates a clear and efficient laundry flow with minimal manual handling.

Monorail Systems and buffer lines provide the capacity needed to keep the Tunnel Washers supplied with the right batches at the right time. At the same time, batch tracking ensures continuous insight into the location and destination of each laundry bag.

This connects the sorting process directly to the next stage of the laundry flow.
