SensoSuite is the laundry software developed by Senso Technics for the operation, visualisation and monitoring of automated laundry processes. From one central Workstation, operators have a clear overview of the current laundry flow, machines and processes throughout the laundry.

From Sorting Systems and Monorail Systems to Tunnel Washers, Dryers and Transport Systems, SensoSuite brings the different stages of the laundry process together in one clear and integrated environment.

Developed from our in-depth knowledge of industrial laundry processes, SensoSuite is designed around the way laundries operate every day. Operators can see what is happening, where batches are located and which machines or processes require attention.

Central insight into the complete laundry process

SensoSuite brings the different machines and systems within your laundry together in one clear software environment. From the central Workstation, operators can see what is happening throughout the process in real time.

Machines, transport movements, storage lines and batches are clearly visualised. This makes it easy to see where linen is located, which machines are active and where attention is required.

The visualisation is tailored to the actual layout of your laundry, allowing operators to recognise the process as it is organised and operated in practice.

Start with what you need and expand when you are ready

SensoSuite forms the foundation of our Controls and can grow together with your laundry. If you start with a new Control for a Tunnel Washer or Monorail System, for example, the same environment can later be expanded as new machines or systems are added.

From a Press and Shuttle to Dryers and other Transport Systems, new equipment can be integrated into SensoSuite step by step. This creates one central environment that continues to grow with your laundry.

Additional software modules can also be added when required. With modules such as SensoPresence and SensoExport, SensoSuite can be expanded with additional functionality as the needs of your organisation develop.

SensoSorting

Efficient and accurate sorting

SensoSorting supports operators throughout the sorting process with clear information about the customer, article and the minimum, optimal and maximum weight for each sorting position.

SensoPresence

Employee registration and attendance insights

SensoPresence makes it easy to register employee attendance within your laundry. Employees identify themselves using a unique key, automatically recording their employee ID, time and location.

The registered data is available in real time and can be used for reporting. This provides insight into attendance and staffing levels, while the data can also be used to analyse productivity across different departments and processes.

SensoPresence is an additional module within SensoSuite, bringing employee information together with the available process data.

SensoPerformance

Real-time insight into performance and productivity

SensoPerformance provides insight into the performance of machines, workstations and, optionally, individual employees within your laundry. By setting performance targets for articles, customers, workstations, machines or combinations of these, actual performance can be compared with the desired results.

Results are available in real time, making it immediately clear how a machine or workstation is performing. Reporting tools also allow performance to be analysed by machine, date or selected period.

SensoPerformance helps make performance measurable and identify opportunities for further optimisation throughout the laundry.

SensoExport

From process data to management insights

SensoExport makes data from SensoSuite available for further analysis and reporting. Process and production data can be exported and used in external analytics tools such as Power BI.

This allows data from different machines, processes and laundry locations to be combined in reports and dashboards. In addition to providing insight into day-to-day operations, the available data can be used for analysis at management level.

SensoExport helps you make better use of the information available within SensoSuite for comparison, reporting and further optimisation.

Batch Tracking & Laundry Flow

Always know where your linen is

SensoSuite tracks batches throughout the different stages of the laundry process. Batch information follows the linen through sorting, storage, washing, pressing, drying and transport.

This provides continuous insight into where each batch is located, its destination and its current status. The relevant information is automatically transferred to the next machines and systems in the process.

SensoSuite supports a reliable laundry flow and gives operators a clear overview of the complete process.

Operation & Programs

Central operation tailored to the laundry process

SensoSuite allows operators to centrally operate the different machines and systems within the laundry. The available controls and settings are tailored to the specific machine and process.

Programs and process settings can be clearly managed and linked to customers and articles, for example. This ensures that the correct settings are automatically applied as each batch moves through the laundry process.

Alarms & Monitoring

SensoSuite continuously monitors the status of connected machines and systems. When a fault or abnormal condition occurs, the operator receives a clear notification.

Senso Technics provides communication between Sorting Systems, Monorail Systems, Tunnel Washers, Presses, Dryers and Transport Systems. Depending on the installation, information such as batch data, programs, destinations and machine status is exchanged between the connected systems.

This allows different machines and Controls to work together as one integrated laundry process.
